This product is for one that has a Food Manager Certification from a training company and would like LSK to obtain your City of Chicago Certificate for you. You’re able to do this yourself for $52; LSK fee is $75 (includes the City fee). Certificate is sent via USPS mail. Please provide mailing address to zina@logansquarekitchen.com.
