1. Class will start promptly at 8:30am; please arrive 10-15 minutes beforehand to settle in.
2. Please bring photo ID (required to take exam)
3. Exam will be taken online, so you’ll need to bring a notebook computer with you.
4. You will create a login/password at alwaysfoodsafe.com, and your certificate will be available for printing once you pass the test.
5. Bring your breakfast and lunch! Caffeine, sugar, whatever you need to stay alert for 8 gripping hours of food safety instruction.  No food is available on site.

Exam follows immediately after end of class.  You will be able to download and print your certificate as soon as you pass the test.  This ANSI-accredited exam is accepted just like ServSafe for your Food Manager Certification.
