I was so proud to open this week’s issue of Time Out Chicago and see a picture of Jeff Carlin, our Kitchen Designer for LSK. He’s a tremendous human being, and one of the unsung heroes of so many restaurants in Chicago. We are so lucky to have him on our team. It was also so kind of him to mention our project in the interview; I had no idea until a neighbor called and told me. Now that we’re under construction, interest is really starting to build. It’s so inspiring to see our neighborhood and business community work together through these hard times to support one another, and Jeff is a very special person in that regard. Congratulations, Jeff on this well-deserved recognition!
