How great is it to have a job where you have the honor of helping people celebrate for a living?  We have brides and grooms checking out our space for celebrations.  Some find us because they are interested in a sustainable space, others for the hip urban feel. 

Even if our potential clients don’t care about a green building, the Kitchen really teaches them in a wonderfully engaging way.  We have little green stories around our space, describing what makes a building sustainable.  Each one makes the Kitchen a little more special to anyone who reads them.  We put them up for our open house, but our event patrons keep asking us to leave them up.  Posted or not, the vibe is so fabulous (all that antique wood) that folks see that sustainable is stunning.

We are so grateful this season to be celebrating with all the wonderful people in our neighborhood.  Here’s to an amazing 2010!
