LSK offers services in the areas of food facility design and construction management, food safety training, food safety consulting, and food regulatory compliance at federal, state and local levels.

So who is this gal?
I have been passionately involved in local food matters for over 20 years. It started as owner/operator of Logan Square Kitchen, a shared commercial kitchen incubator, opened in 2009. I continue to educate and seek to share my experience with food entrepreneurs and everyone that’s a part of the emerging, healing food system.
My first love is the sustainable renovation of old buildings for new food enterprises. The greenest building is the one you don’t tear down. I moved to Bridgman, MI in 2020, after 25 years in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. I’ve been renovating a 1920’s Sears Craftsman Ranch. I look forward to talking with you, and hope I can be of service.
