HACCP Template

Purchase LSK HACCP template. This excel file is pre-formatted with required pages and ready for you to start writing. Price includes monitoring logs and one hour of support.
HACCP Plan Review
$200 per hour
Best practice is to schedule a Zoom conference. You’ll set appointment and pay by credit card at time of booking. Of course you can reschedule as needed. You can book one-hour, 90-minute, or a two-hour conference. One hour is minimum for any appointment.
Please have your HACCP documents open on your computer and ready to share on screen. If using Google docs, please email zina@logansquarekitchen.com to grant permissions to view.
