Zina built the original Logan Square Kitchen at 2333 N Milwaukee Ave—it was a shared commercial kitchen available by the hour to small food businesses and a private event space.  Certified as a LEED Gold Commercial Interior in a 100-year old Chicago storefront.  Design, financing, construction, and operations were all handled by Zina Murray.
