ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification is nationally recognized– and by City of Chicago and State of Illinois. It lasts five years, provided you complete one day of instruction and pass exam. LSK processes and delivers City Certificates to students.
The class is a single day, so first-timers be sure to get your book in advance. You’ll get instructions in an email from Brown Paper Tickets after you register. The training we offer provides the most realistic and hand-on experience in Chicago.
Zina Murray teaches the full scope of Food Sanitation Certification Courses, ServSafe’s Manager, Safe Food Handler, HACCP, and Chicago Festival Sanitation. Zina is currently offering private HACCP classes.
All classes are conducted in English—Spanish texts and exams available upon request.
